Atelier Bossard-Bonnel
Émile Bonnel’s grand-nephew, born in Rennes in 1883, completed his apprenticeship in his father’s workshop under the supervision of Théodore Husson, the head craftsman at the Bossard-Bonnel establishment. In 1907, Marius Bossard became his mother’s partner in the business, and three years later he became the sole owner of the important firm founded in 1830, Bossard-Bonnel. Mr. Bossard also owns a rich collection of antique string instruments.
